Being the first high top Dunk SB’s, the Paul Browns are definitely a special sneaker.  It uses brown and navy tumbled suede uppers with a forest green outsole and swoosh.  These sneakers were slept on by many initially, but are now selling for a high price.  Note that this sneaker contains the cushioned tongue only featured on select SB Dunk Highs.
