Air Max Day

Nike’s Air Max Day is an annual celebration of Air Max that occurs on March 26th — the day the Air Max 1 first released back in 1987. Started in 2014, Air Max Day is meant to be a celebration of all-things Air Max, with several new styles and models being revealed.

For 2024, Nike launched the all-new Air Max Dn on a global scale, with colors ranging from their first-unveiled “All Day” and “All Night,” to familiar adornments like “Volt” and “Royal.” Two pairs of the Air Max 1 “Royal” released the week of, one in true OG fashion and one with a volt sole, running parallel to the 2014 AM1s that delivered the same treatment to the original “Sport Red” pair.

Though Air Max Day 2025 is still a bit away, there’s plenty already on the docket. The Air Max DN8 is expected to be the centerpiece of this year’s offerings, but additional new models like the Air Max Muse and the return of the Air Max Craze could also factor into what the Swoosh has on offer. Additionally, previous product offerings would indicate that we’ll all but guaranteed to get some special make-ups of more mainstay models like the Air Max 1, Air Max 90 and Air Max Plus.
