Damian Lillard is the superstar point guard for the Milwaukee Bucks, and a signature adidas Basketball athlete. His Three Stripes contract was inked before he even began his Hall of Fame tenure with the Portland Trail Blazers. At All-Star Weekend in 2024, the Three Stripes gave press an official first look at the adidas Dame 9. That announcement was met with a ton of coverage and attention, heating up once again as Lillard donned the shoe in his Bucks playoffs debut.

The BAPE Dame 9 introduced the model to the public, followed shortly after by that “Purple Burst” playoff pair and a “Solar Red” colorway. As the 2024-25 NBA season draws on, expect a healthy stream of new looks for the adidas Dame 9.
