New Balance Numeric 480
The New Balance Numeric 480 is a skateboarding shoe introduced in early 2023. Simply put, it shares a very similar story with the Nike SB Dunk. The Numeric 480 is essentially a skate-minded version of the original New Balance 480, the Boston brand’s first ever basketball shoe and older sibling of the New Balance 550, which released in the 1980s. Championed notably by hardwood legends like James Worthy and M.L. Carr, team sponsored skaters like Andrew Reynolds are the biggest ambassadors of this particular version.
