One of the greatest and most memorable collaborations in the world of footwear is the Nike x Parra Amsterdam Air Max 1. The uber-limited release made these one of the most coveted and hard-to-get pairs in the world, and the colourways and materials used justified the hype. Perhaps the most endearing feature of the Amsterdams is the speckled midsole; not many AM1s have released with that feature, and customizing a pair with your own two hands was the only route. Now, the game has changed: Nike iD has now offered the speckled midsole as one of its customizable options, and it doesn’t stop there: The outsole, rear heel, center panel, lace eyelets, and front trim can all be iD’ed with speckling, enough to satisfy your appetite. Now you can have speckled midsoles fit to your individual tastes, which, in essence, is what Nike iD is all about. Check out the exclusive Sneaker News pics and see for yourself, and stay tuned for more Nike iD updates.

I actually went on nikeid.com and copied the first picture because the color make-up works so well. I made a couple of other pairs too, but I think that these purple/white/black ones are really good. I could totally see these as an actual release and not just some noob’s attempt to make a cool pair on a custom site.

@dude
Yes, that’s what i was talking about,thank you for clear that up…
I thought people has seen the slightly changes on this model already, some where good and some where just too bad for words.
The quality nowadays is not that good when the production was moved from Thailand to China.
Search in google for example:
- bad shape air max 1
Then you know what i’m talking about.
