Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III ‘Mint Leaf’ – Release Date

Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III ‘Mint Leaf’ – Release Date

Fieg Asics Gl3 Mint Leaf Rd 06

One’s true self typically shines through in his or her own work, and in this latest Asics Gel Lyte III release, we truly get a look into Ronnie Fieg‘s personal history. Dubbed the ‘Mint Leaf”, Fieg selected this refreshing colorway in a tonal set-up (much like his previous Asics Gel Lyte III drops) as a tribute to one of his favorite pastimes – picking fresh mint leaf branches in his grandmother’s garden in Israel; his family went as a far as nicknaming him ‘minty’ because of his affinity toward to fragrant leaf. The use of rich nubuck leather accentuates the vibrancy of the color, and paired with a white midsole and dark grey outsole, this latest Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III is as ‘cool’ as any other sneaker he’s produced. These are set for a release this Friday, July 15th, at the David Z. flagship store at 556 Broadway in SoHo as well as the DavidZ.com website. An additional note on this release is that this will be Fieg’s final release at David Z. Check out the detailed shots below and let us know if this is the best Ronnie Fieg x Asics release to date.
