3 + 5 + 6 + 20 = 34. A simple enough equation with a cryptic result is what you can make of this upcoming Air Jordan Hybrid shoe, which clearly combines key elements from the Air Jordan III, Air Jordan V, Air Jordan VI, and Air Jordan XX. Starting from the ground up, this hybrid sneaker utilizes the Air Jordan V midsole, and Air Jordan III mudguard, toe, and heel, and an upper that fuses the Air Jordan XX and the Air Jordan VI. Spin it in whatever way pleases you, and try to come up with some result of ’23’. Maybe the Air Jordan Spiz’ike II? In any case, we have a viewing of a Black/Red/White colorway and a White/Grey version below, so take a look, let it sink in, and let’s hear your thoughts on this Summer 2012 releasing Air Jordan shoe. via kimchee2go on NT.
Update: The name of the shoe is “Jordan Son of Mars”. Thanks @RajuOqium
Everyone said the same exact shit about the spizikes amigo I bet almost everyone chewing these up own a pair of spizikes. These are pretty much the successor to them. Jb cant keep making retros new things have to surface eventually but to each its own they're not that bad I've seen worse ....... Good eye on them retro 12's on the last pic
I don't know, i need a better look before i say that they are ugly, for now they look okay, but not good enough to buy.
Is this Jordans way of make a Yeezy looking shoe? STOP THIS BS JB! You can send these straight to the shelters of the world cus nobody is buying this crap.
Can't really understand why in the fuck JB is wasting time on shits like these or almost any other hybrids instead of re-releasing some proper maroon or september blue VI's for instance ... I wonder how many people would actually buy such crap.
new school probably eat this up but for me it's joints like this that got me walking away from the jordan game entirely
man these are so whack, but the sad thing is some people will actually cop these just because they're "new" jordans. what a shame these are, i thought the CMFT's and 6-17-23's were bad enough.
i already like'em. cant say they look like yeezies, b'cuz yeezies borrow characteristics from j'z.. wanna see some better pics, as well as in person too tho.
Although those black ones don't look all that bad, im sick of this! Coming from a true sneaker enthusiast and aspiring sneaker designer, I must say, im a little fed up! Stop with the darn hybrids already! Don't u have any more creative talent in the kitchen to come up wyeth done innobative ideas? And whats worse, they use the same freakin models almost everytime. 3, 6,5,20. ,i mean geez, let those models breath a little! I designed a hybrid myself, and im not too proud of it. Almost anyone can take existing shoes and slap em together to make one. The fakes have been doing it for years!! Ok im done....lol
Did anyone see those un-Flint AJXIIs in the background of the last photo with the white hybrid and Military Blue IVs?!
the spizikes turned out well an jb they got away with the 6-17-23s but i think we hav to draw the line here
Jordan Brand is doin a lil TOO MUCH right now. The Dub Zeros and Spiz'ikes were cool. The 6 Rings were okay and the 60 Plus were just straight trash! Then they dropped the Fusions. IMO some of those werent bad(Limited 4's that were only available at Niketown.com and ice gray 12's) some were okay and some just needed to be scrapped altogether. Unless these are "off the chain" I'm gonna have to pass on these. I'm betting that these will be another outlet mall $49.99 special
these are ridiculous... is jb just totally out of creativity? as far as people comparing them to spizike, there's no comparison. these are crap!
I see how most non legacy jordans are getting such a bad reviews.. hopefully there is a shoe for a worth of consideration and purchase.. much better than the 6 rings.. which was an epic fail..
its a dam shame, the chinese sweat shops are inspiring JB to make shit like this smh this shoe has no purpose
Jordan stick to making retros and retros only please 23's were ok, 2010's, were hot garbage, 2011's were uhh. Just stop making these Frankenstein pieces of crap please increase quality of retros and make the dope retros like Quai 54 more available.
They do look like the yeezy twos not too creative but I kind of like them at least some of what I c of them
STOP IT JB! You are killing classics to create Frankenstein kicks for profit and not innovation. Spizikes are/were considered an original shoe for what it was at that time. This is obvious use of spare parts and slapping a name to it. They should call these AIR JORDAN "all profits". I understand the business but this and most of JB recent creations have been disrespectful to consumers. Jordan Brand needs to start really looking in new directions for the creative process before they even green light bullshit like this. Lol. Somebody needs to lose their job. Jordan Brand new slogan "if its not retro it ain't right and even that is slightly off". Thats sad for the long run of the brand. SMH
is it just me or is that durabuck i see on the back side of the shoe seriously........ why couldnt you put durabuck on any of the 6s that came out -_____-
they need a new design crew, someone that does new things instead of making every possible combination of their old stuff smh
OK JB, Instead of creating Frankenstein's monster, hows about you use all of those spare parts and put them into some OG Retros in the colorways that we are all waiting for. These fusions are just lowering the integrity of the brand. IMO. Soon will we see Air Jordans in Walmart? Not a far fetched idea considering how Starter brand ended up. Stop saturating the market with all of these crappy releases, Air Jordans sell themselves you don't need these gimmicks, just saying...
This shoes really have potentials, the C/W will make the shoes, but i have a felling that jordan brand will put out the same C/W we seen from them for Ages, i want to see them be creative with the C/W. i like the idea of this shoe, but am counting on you JB to make the right decision in the C/W
