Nike Lunar continues to show support for the basketball category, as this year’s iteration of the Nike Hyperdunk will again have a chunky section of that foamy material. OK maybe chunky isn’t the best word-as the whole goal of that tooling is to keep things super lightweight. @m20xr when did hyperdunks ever have carbon fiber? lol
the hyperdunk 2011 and 2012 all had carbon fiber shank plates.
Only the hyperdunk 2010 and the hyperdunk 2011-2012 lows have had tpu (aka plastic) shank plates.
Even the original hyperdunk low had carbon fiber.
With the 2013 hyperdunk this is the first one to have a tpu shank plate.
You maybe thinking of the hyperfuse, because they never had a carbon shank.
Sooo when didn't hyperdunks have carbon fiber? lol
