The Nike Air Max 1000, created in partnership with Zellerfeld, is back with another “software update,” following its first two iterations with a newly tweaked version called the Air Max 1000.3.
Shown below is the Nike Air Max 1000.3 “Pure Platinum,” the supposed launch colorway for this new build. The tweaks aren’t exactly clear to the naked eye, but like the 1000.2, Nike’s official product description mentions subtle shape changes and a refined lug design. Both are practically indistinguishable from prior versions, though.
We also know that the Air Max 1000.3 will be made available on the Nike By You customization platform, likely allowing users to choose both the main color and that of the visible Air cushioning. Custom fit options are possible but not confirmed as of this writing. This “Pure Platinum” colorway confirms inline styles as well, arriving entirely in the titular hue save for “Burgundy Crush” within the Air unit.
No release date for the Nike Air Max 1000.3 has been announced yet, but that should change in the near future. Check out official images of this “Pure Platinum” colorway below if you’re considering copping.
