Nike Huarache 08 – Quickstrike – White – Purple – Black

Minus the buzz of Nike Basketball’s Hyperdunk, the Huarache 08 is perhaps one of the most well received Basketball sneakers in a while. In 2004, Nike released the Huarache 2K4 and it quickly became the most popular Huarache since the original Air Flight Huarache, a favorite of Kobe Bryant. Kobe also loved the Huarache 2K4 but with the Huarache 2K5 and subsequent editions, the designs were lacking. With the 2008 edition, Nike revisits what was popular with the Air Flight Huarache and adds some 2008 tech to create the Huarache ‘08 BBall which dropped back in March 2008. This week Nike Basketball is offering a quickstrike of the Huarache in white, purple and black to a few select urban accounts including Major in DC.
