Nike Air Classic BW – Negro Leagues

Nike has always celebrated the history of the Negro Leagues with various special makeups and colorways of shoes from their Sport Culture department in Beaverton. The newest shoe to undergo the “Negro Leagues” special makeup is the Air Classic BW which uses a mixture of warm colors including Brown, Tan, and even a bit of Maroon. The sockliner has some special graphics of a Negro Leagues baseball player in addition to some Japanese characters, to tell the story of when certain Negro League players played in Japan. No word on the release or more specifics to the story but we will be sure to keep you updated. via STREEThing
