Talk of the Nike Penny II Retros first came about when pictures of samples surfaced earlier this month. We now have more photos of the black/white/varsity red samples via eBay. Originally released in the 1996-1997 season, Nike released a series of commercials featuring “Lil’ Penny” to promote the sneakers. This colorway features a black suede upper with red accents and a white rubber midsole. The side panels contain a yellow Penny Hardaway logo, also accented in red. These sneakers are planning to be released during February or March of next year. One pair is available now on eBay.
