As part of its Fall 2008 refresh, Nike iD Studios around the world refreshed with three models and a fresh new palette of colors and material options. The Dunk Low and Dunk High gets a new selection of premium leathers with up to twelve colors to choose from, including distressed metallic gold, silver and bronze. For fabrics, used on the toebox, side-panels, tongue, upper heel and lining, three options are available, mesh in three colors – black, white and grey. The second option is a floral jaquard in white or black. The third option is based on a hero from the Olympics, the Dunk gets a pattern inspired by Jamaican runner Asafa Powell a former world record holder as the fastest man on Earth. The pattern takes on inspiration from the Jamaican colors as well the pattern from the cheetah. Appointments are now available at worldwide Nike iD Studios.
