Lakai Limited Footwear has unveiled that French Pro Rider Lucas Puig will debut his first pro signature model in Spring 2009. The shoe appears to be a suede low top with an embroidered Lakai Flare logo gracing the side panel. One of the debut colorways uses a mostly purple suede upper, while black suede covers the toe box that extends onto the side panel for extra ollie protection. Lucas also chose to use a flexible cup sole with tacky rubber as his personal foot bed. Lakai has even made a short commercial for the upcoming sneaker that can be seen on their website.
