DC Shoes x SSUR – DC Artists Projects Series – SSUR III

We mentioned earlier that Gravis has thrived on collaborating with other hot brands, and DC Shoes has started to use this to their advantage as well.  Formerly known for their technical, chunky skate shoes, DC has dropped some uncharacteristically stylish joints recently in their work with Aaron Rose and Atmos.

This time, we see that they’re working with SSUR for their third addition of the DC Artists Projects Series.  The shoe itself is called the “SSUR III Artists Projects”, which your author finds confusing.

They feature a nice earthy colorway, with plenty of browns and greens, but remain eyecatching with the orange accents on the lining and heel cushion.   Combining this brightness with subdued earthtones creates a well-balanced effort for fall.  These should be available this weekend at select DC retailers, but we’ve yet to see them anywhere.  We’ll keep you posted as more info hits the streets.  More shots after the jump.
