While dudes are going nuts hoping against hope to get their hands on a pair of eggplant Flightposites, the silver edition is set to drop next month, well under the radar.  Let’s change that with a nice dose of hype:

The Nike Air Flightposite 1 combined technology from the legendary Foamposite with a zippered upper to create one of the sleekest on-court kicks we’ve ever seen.  Even to this day, they look like something from the future.  A decade after their release, and they still make us think of the future — December of this year, to be exact.  That’s when we expect them to hit retailers, so get your aluminum Christmas trees ready!  We saw a few pair on eBay but they’re going fast, so we’ll update you with the exact release date soon.
