Supra Cruizer Low – “Grapes” – Spring 2009

Supra Cruizer Low – “Grapes” – Spring 2009

What if instead of joining the Birmingham Barons minor league baseball team upon retiring for the first time in 1993, Michael Jordan had taken his unique brand of athleticism to the world of skateboarding?  If you could distill that scenario and inject it into a shoe, this is how it would look.

Heavily influenced by one of the all time greats, the Air Jordan IV, Supra’s new Cruizer Low “Grapes” are the next in a long line of skate shoes paying homage to the man who elevated sportswear a whole ‘nother level.  Done in white leather and mesh with purple and teal for about the closest a shoe has ever come to the original Charlotte Hornets home jerseys.  We’re expecting these next spring for $70.  Via SoleBLVD
