Mainland x Vans Chukka Low – Cyan Tearaway

The last tearaway sneaker collaboration we saw was truly one for the ages, but this one manages to hold its own in a much brighter palette.  Mainland got up with Vans to put a warm California touch on the Chukka Low model.  These joints are black on the toe, tongue, lining and heel, but that’s just a frame for the standout feature.  When you pop em out of the box, the side panels feature a cyan side panel that’s been quilted with red stitches.  If you skate in these or just wanna make em your own, you can rip this fabric off to reveal the same purple hue found on the shoe’s piping.  A cool concept, these joints are limited to 350 pairs and only available at Mainland’s stores or their website.  via CtotheJL
