Vans and German sneaker giants, Solebox, have come together to create a very special collaboration sneaker. We showed you a sneak peek of these last month and now we have a detailed look at this creative endeavor. The Old Skool was chosen to be the subject of this project because of its legendary, yet underrated status. The shoe features a funky black and white plaid fabric on the upper with a white midsole and red accents. A dove graphic was chosen for the tongue logo as a universal symbol of peace and a Solebox logo appears on the insole. This Old Skool has been upgraded from the classic version with a Vans Vault footbed for improved comfort. Unfortunately, these kicks will be limited to only 60 pairs when they drop in May, so continue to check Sneaker News and Solebox for the specific release date. Via CrookedTongues.
