It’s usually other sneaker companies who follow Nike’s lead, but in the case of the Deuce Mesh, the folks in Beaverton were obviously trying to compete with similar Vans lifestyle models like the Era. Similarities aside, these are hardly a rip-off. The Deuce Mesh is a stylish warm weather sneaker with some personality of its own. As indicated by the name, it features a navy blue mesh upper with white piping around the midsection seam and additional white accents on the Swoosh, laces and midsole.
