Update: The official name of this sneaker seem to be “Nike Air Max LeBron VII” due to the use of Air Max in place of Zoom Air Technology.
Last month, we gave you a sneak peek at a black on black GS sample of the Zoom LeBron VII and now we have some additional looks at a few more colorways that you might see when these kicks begin to hit stores later this year. It is unknown if these are the final versions of the shoe or if they will be official colorways, but either way, you can finally get a closer look at the eagerly anticipated sneaker. Rather than going the flashy route, the Zoom LeBron VII looks to have a pretty basic basketball aesthetic with nice touches like Flywire, patent leather and a full-sole Air Max unit. Not only are there three different colorways previewed here, but each pair sports some unique characteristics from the other two besides the obvious color differences.
For starters, there is a white/navy/gold pair that features Flywire on the upper and some metallic gold accents. Next up is a possible “Dunkman” inspired edition that uses a black and light green color scheme with Flywire also covering the upper, but placed at some different angles than on the previous colorway. The third version features a simple white upper with red accents and some touches of metallic silver. What makes this colorway so interesting is that the Flywire section of the upper has been replaced by a white woven leather design. As stated earlier, it is still unclear if there will be any changes made to these before the retail versions drop, but at least you can start to get a feel for the basic design. Stay tuned for more on the Zoom LeBron VII as new info becomes available, and in the meantime, you can get an up-close look at these three colorways after the jump.
