Last winter, Nike began releasing colorways of the Zoom Kobe IV based on the color schemes of some high schools and college teams that hold some special significance to Kobe. Back in February, we first got a look at the version inspired by Lower Merion High School, where Kobe played before taking on the NBA. The Lower Merion edition featured an away colorway with the team’s Aces logo placed on the heel. Now, Lower Merion will be honored again, but this time around, it will be a home version that sports a white/metallic silver upper with red accents. Also of note, the Aces logo has been replaced by a Bulldogs logo, which for some reason, is the name of Lower Merion’s baseball team, even though the rest of their teams are all known as the Aces. An exact release date is still not confirmed, but these are expected to drop alongside the home version of the Rice High School Zoom Kobe IV. Via NT.
