Nike Zoom Skyposite – Kryptonate – December 2009

Nate Robinson’s Kryptonate Foamposite Lites were one of the biggest sneaker stories of the year and now the Krypto-theme is coming back for round two on another Posite model. A few days back, we gave you a look at the upcoming Amar’e Stoudemire Zoom Skyposite PE edition that uses a gradient coloring effect to add some spice to the simple design. This “Kryptonate” Skyposite goes a similar route, sporting a foam upper that transitions from Green Spark at the top to Electric Green at the bottom. A White Swoosh and additional Black accents finish off the color scheme with a clear Lunar outsole adding the cherry on top. While there is no indicated Nate Robinson connection on these kicks, its nearly impossible that anyone will see them without thinking of Nate hurdling Dwight Howard in the green Foamposite Lites during last year’s NBA Slam Dunk Contest. These are expected to hit stores some time in December, but for now, you can check out a bunch more pics after the jump. Via FootLockerUnlocked.
