Last weekend was Foampositively the biggest release weekend of 2010 (Coppers, Air Jordan 2010, Silver Anniversary 1). As we saw in our Copper Foamposite Release Recap, many waited eagerly in line for the penny-colored kicks that caused quite an anticipatory stir in 2009. Not much earlier, another pair of Foams was a big name in ’09; the Eggplant Foamposite One that made Sneaker News’ Top 30 Sneakers of 2009. News of a re-release was reported earlier this year, and now we have learned the Nike Foamposite One Eggplant will officially drop at House of Hoops and select Footlocker locations on March 6th, 2010. Hopefully there won’t be any confusion with the release like there was for Copper Foams, but be advised to mark your calendars for the date. via FLUL.
