Soon after being drafted by the Denver Nuggets as the third overall pick in the monstrous 2003 NBA Draft, Carmelo Anthony signed with Jordan Brand and was instantly given the title of ‘second-coming’ as he was given his his own signature line of shoes as well as a few Air Jordan ‘halfsies’ models like the Jordan Melo 1.5 and the 5.5. Throughout the ’09-’10 NBA Season Sneaker News kept you on top of all the Air Jordan XII PEs for Ray Allen, Joe Johnson, and other Team Jordan representatives, but at this point it appears that Carmelo never wore these during a regular season game.
