Drake is certainly one of the more recognized ‘sneakerheads’ of the hip-hop circuit, but most of his WDYWT selections have been recently released Retros. Perhaps he just started building his collection or prefers to keep his grails on ice, but regardless of his sneakerhead status, Drake’s been showing up with clean kicks no matter what. Drake made an appearance during the Jay-Z/Eminem concert at Yankee Stadium last week wearing the Air Jordan IX Dark Charcoal, and once again, during a performance at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, the Canadian-bred pop artist chose the Dark Charcoal IX once again to match his all-black ensemble.
