adidas ThirtyNine Combat Lo

adidas Originals continues to offer fresh new lifestyle sneaker designs, some with familiar design cues and some that are altogether new.  Count these new joints in the latter category, with the adidas thirtynine Combat Lo looking not too terribly much like anything we’ve ever seen.  Sure, the basic 3/4 lowtop sneaker design only permits so much variation, but where else have you seen metal eyelets, corded AND flat laces and a zipper on the medial ankle?!  It’s quite a unique look and sounds gaudy on paper, but the combination of suede and nubuck, both in beige atop a white sole, make the whole thing seem stately.  Check out more shots after the jump and look for the latest A.039 collection at select adidas Originals retailers.  via SDG
