Manny Pacquiao was the guest of honor at a special event held at Nike Santa Monica in which the Filipino boxing superstar was presented before a huge audience of his fans. Hosted by fellow boxing great Laila Ali, the event put a spotlight on PacMan as he spoke about his training preparation for his upcoming bout on November 13th and showed off his Nike Trainer 1.2 Boxing shoes. Also showcased was the all new Nike Sportswear Manny Pacquiao Footwear and Apparel as well as a special performance by dance group Poreotics. Should Manny come out victorious, he would be the first ever boxer in history to have 8 titles in 8 different weight divisions. Quite an accomplishment, but did you know Pacquiao was also an actor, musician, and Congressman in his home country? PacMan knows ‘BOOM’, and clearly a few other things. Check out the event recap after the jump and let us know who you think the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world is!
