Jordan Brand’s Hydro sandal series isn’t maybe quite as revered as the Air Jordan Legacy, but six years of solid sales can’t be wrong. The Hydro sandals have typically seen colorways inspired by the AJ Legacy, but here’s a new model that goes with a more direct shout out. The Air Jordan 3 Retro Slide is pretty much like taking a pair of the upcoming AJ3 ‘White Cement’ Retro, chopping off the sole and adding a chunky forefoot strap. And to make it even better, that strap is adorned with AJIII-style ‘eyelets’ and the sole even has Air cushioning! These have gotta be among the very best JB sandals yet, but is the premium design enough to justify a $65 MSRP? Whether you live in a flip-flops-everyday climate or will wait for Spring to, well, spring, the AJ3 Slide is shipping soon to stores like Eastbay.
