Here’s a new sneaker from adidas Originals that represents a confluence of forces so intertwined they’d make a good addition to the growing 2011 time capsule. The adidas Originals Forum Lo RS pictured above is the latest in what has been a recent revival for the Forum in its various heights. It’s done in what is, on paper, just a three-toned colorway (one with perfect timing for Sunday’s Super Bowl) which seems fitting given all the simple looks we’ve seen post-recession. Yet they somehow manage to simultaneously echo the bubbling lean toward more exuberant colorways by pulling in the classic Dellinger web that’s appeared on so many adidas midsole toolings. Black-on-yellow diamond webbing makes for an eye-bleeding look that melds the recent past with brighter days to come and you can pre-order this March 2011 release today from CrookedTongues.
