Calling All Sneaker Heads: Support Japan Relief Efforts

Japan Relief

Many of you are well aware of the devastating earthquake that hit the coast of Japan this past Friday, March 11th, 2011. Recorded as one of the largest quakes in magnitude in Earth’s history, the earthquake set off a relentless chain of natural events which destroyed many of Northern Japan’s coastal towns. Many Japanese natives are still missing and with aftershocks, potential radioactive conditions, and upcoming inclement weather, the recovery efforts will be long and hard. Sneaker News is supporting the relief efforts with a donation to the Red Cross and we are asking our readers to do the same and donate for the good of humanity. We have come together as one before, and with our fellow human race in dire need again, we can come together in a larger and more powerful force. The quickest and easiest way to contribute would be sending a quick text-message gift of $10.00 to the efforts; Text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10.00 to support the relief efforts.
