New Balance is known for manufacturing their sneakers in the United States and England, and having the former apply to their upcoming online customization product is part of what makes it so special. To unveil the New Balance ‘the CUSTOM 574’, NB held an event at the jaw-droppingly gorgeous MPE Penthouse in Manhattan, an appropriate setting for such a high quality release. Some of the select few in attendance were able to try their hand at designing a pair before the site launches today and they’re sure to be a big hit as the only US-produced factory custom sneakers on the market.
