The ‘South Beach‘ theme is without a doubt one of most memorable colorways to have released in the past decade. Sure, there exists a number of detractors who want nothing to do with the bright teal and hot pink colorway, but it’s a neckbreaker nonetheless and introduced the Nike LeBron 8 in the best way possible – with a bang. In late March, Sneaker News showed you an Air Jordan VI ‘South Beach’ custom, which garnered a positive reaction from many of our readers. Will an Air Jordan ‘South Beach’ colorway ever release? That’s unlikely to happen, but until then, we can expect sneaker customizers to continue with the South Beach movement, like this recent Air Jordan VII ‘South Beach’ done by Da Prince Customs. There are a few elements of the Air Jordan VII that don’t permit this custom to be a perfect translation of the LeBron 8 ‘South Beach’ (like a translucent outsole, for one), but still, a job well done. Check out the extra images below and let us know what you think of this custom piece! via NK.
