With the number of Air Jordan V’s that have released and are scheduled to drop in 2011 it seems that there’s not enough room for all of them, but sneakerheads everywhere will find the space as the Air Jordan V Black-Metallic Silver drops right before school starts. Last retroed in 2007, the ‘Metallic’ V’s arrive with a few minor differences from the 1990 original. Among the differences are the use of nubuck material, now the standard on Jordan retros, replacing the durabuck used in 1990, and the Jumpman branding in place of ‘Nike Air’ which won’t be seen on an Air Jordan retro anytime soon.
