Just a short while ago Sneaker News showed you the glow-in-the-dark Luminous Pearl colorway of the Nike Zoom Rookie, the latest hybrid shoe to be born out of the Nike Penny chronicles. While none of the three major components of the Zoom Rookie – Air Flight One, Air Go LWP, Air Foamposite One – are official Penny Hardaway signatures, they’re often attributed to him, and for good reason. All three sneakers have served as rock-solid foundations for the Nike Air Penny signature line (with the Foamposite One being a welcome intermission between Air Penny II and III), and in this first look at a White/Royal/Silver/Black colorway, we can see that the Flight One, LWP, and Foamposite One combined make for a sick sneaker with Penny Hardaway at the essence.
