Nike LunarSpider+ R 2 – Ekiden Collection

The initial LunarSpider+ colorways were launched last winter when Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER collaborated with Nike Running on a capsule for the Gyakosou International Running Association.  Jun and UNDERCOVER came back  with a new duo of just-dropped releases for the upcoming Nike LunarSpider+ 2 that just released in Japan, the land whose institutions of higher learning now serve as inspiration for this latest pack.  The Nike Ekiden Collection brings together five white-based LunarSpider+ R 2s in honor of a number of local universities’ running clubs, and also includes new full-zip AW77 hoodies and tees to complete the theme.  Check out the entire capsule in additional images after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for word on the release date.  via Sneak-R
