Primitive x DVS x Torey Pudwill

Sneaker companies certainly have gotten more bold about paying tribute to ‘herbal culture’. Back in the day a simple hemp upper and a wink-and-nod release date was the most you would get, but this collaboration between Primitive, DVS, and their team rider Torey Pudwill is an homage to California culture that is anything but subtle. The insoles and laces both feature the leafy print, with an extra set of the latter so you can switch them out on school days. The standard DVS tongue-tang is traded out for an image straight off the California state flag, with the familiar bear and star imagery. This capsule packs two pairs of the sneaker shown above, as well as a couple t-shirts to match.
