Quite a transformation for Jerry ‘Turtle’ Ferrara over the past few years, no? Dude has to win the Most Improved Player award in some leag – oh wait, the trophy is standing right next to him. Truth is, Turtle’s been one of the most relate-able Hollywood cats over the last few years because he’s had a real passion for sneakers for quite a while, and if there exists a pair of actual kicks made by a fictional artist for his fictional character, one that some consider to be one of the best Air Force 1s of all time, you know he’s made his mark. Funny thing is that actors/comedians who have lost a considerable amount of weight suddenly lose their lovable nature – Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Horatio Sanz, we’ll even go as far back to MadTV’s Will Sasso – but we’re all rootin’ hard for Turtle, who was just spotted rockin’ Green Bean Vs while out on the town with his lady-pal.
