Nike Dunk High – University Blue – Black

The link between Nike, Michael Jordan and the University of North Carolina Tar Heels is probably one that will endure beyond our lifetime, but it hasn’t always been that way on Tobacco Road.  MJ himself wore Converse at Chapel Hill, and though they’ve seen a huge variety of make-you-green-with-envy University Blue PEs over the years, UNC wasn’t among the ‘Original 7’ colleges for whom ‘Be True To Your School’ came to represent their OG Nike Dunk High colorways.  So this new BTTYS-blocked offering from Nike Sportswear fills a void while offering a nice twist on the classic Carolina blue look, and they should be available at NSW stockists shortly.  via SM
