Nike Dunk High Premium – Orange Horsehair Sample

When was the last time you saw horsehair on a pair of Dunks? We’ll give you a few minutes to think about that one. Got it? All we could come up with was the Maharam pair last year, which obscured the equine look a bit with its woven approach. That’s not to say that Nike is completely averse to the fuzzy textures though, as just last month we saw the Be@rbrick Air Force 1’s use the look pretty liberally. Reaching back in time quite a bit is this sample that just popped up on eBay, a Nike Dunk High that drips a fruity orange all over the horsehair look – sorta like the Air Force 1 ‘Savage Beast’, combining it with leather and suede paneling on the upper.
