We noted in a recent look at the Zoom Kobe VII ‘Wolf’ that its signature grey shade is probably second only to the Cool version when it comes to recent prominence. But let’s not forget about this other hue that eschews ‘grey’ in its name for a more abstract approach that just so happens to be an oxymoron on this new Nike Air Diamond Turf II. Put simply, there’s no way your sneakerhead friends aren’t going to comment on the Stealth and white base thanks to Freshwater accents that further connect these to their fellow 1996 classman from the Griffey series. And if you figure in Stealth’s rise on the Air Jordan XX, this model gives an interesting look back through history courtesy of a couple of eight year leaps. Several ingredients from the past blended in today’s crisp style, this new DT2 is available at Nike Sportswear stores like Extra Butter.
