We haven’t seen an Elite Series makeup for the Nike Zoom KD IV yet, but here’s a look at a style that’s become an annual institution in the Kevin Durant Nike Basketball signature lineup.  After Leo Chang Tweeted to correct the blogosphere on labeling an unreleased bright red edition as the ‘Creamsicle’ Zoom KD IV, this pair that adds a bit more white would be the next in line for that title.  They’ve also got the Photo Blue accents we see so often on Oklahoma City Thunder-affiliated gear, but now that we’ve seen crazier combos like the ‘Orange Tree’ iD standouts, do you prefer those to these traditional team-oriented designs?  Let us know which is the best Zoom KD 4 when you click below to see more images, and stick with Sneaker News for release info.  via x-kicks
