There’s no question that Nike Basketball is all about LeBron right now. Give credit to KD for balling out of his mind and coming through with probably the best basketball sneaker at that pricepoint in history and for Kobe for staying at the top of his game despite his “age” and injuries, but LeBron’s the three-time MVP and the Nike-appointed Employee of the Month until someone else knocks him down from that position. Even his sneakers are setting the world on fire, like the upcoming Nike Zoom Soldier 6, and it’s not even an official signature shoe! The Zoom Soldier has been a widely-praised performance sneaker but a perennial afterthough in terms of ‘wearability’, but the Zoom Soldier 6 flips the script for good with the aggressive branding on the strap and the football boot-like placement of the Swoosh at the toe, and this new look at a Red/Black/Silver colorway and Silver/Black/Blue edition should keep LeBron fans rather busy this Summer until the release of the LeBron X. More angles for you to make your judgements are right ahead, so take a look below and let us know if this design has a ‘signature’ quality to it. Photos: kumastock
