Nike Free Powerlines+ – Upcoming Colorways

Nike Free Powerlines Upcoming Colorways

The Nike FREE sole breathed new life into the Huarache and Footscape series earlier this year in addition to the latest Free Run+ release, but what about an entirely new design featuring that barefoot mimicking sole this summer? Look no further than the Nike Free Powerlines+, a unique design that relies on nylon ribbons for both eyelets and side panel support in a day when we’ve become accustomed to seeing Flywire in that spot. Beneath this ‘power line’ structure is a two-layered mesh not totally dissimilar from the moire-inducing stuff used on those aforementioned Huarache Frees, a feature that appears more prominent on the blue/orange edition than its Challenge Red counterpart. Examine both of those in greater detail after the jump, let us know how these compare to all the other Nike Frees on the market (what about the ‘Super Natural Ride’ options currently available on NIKEiD?) and stick with Sneaker News for US release info on these Q3 drops.  Photos: atmos
