China’s devotion to basketball has had a profound effect not only on the globalization of the game, but on the actual manufacturing and design of Nike’s basketball shoes. 2010’s Nike Zoom Hyperfuse was built for maximum breathability, keeping in mind the hot weather that usually accompanies the popular ‘outdoor game’ that runs rampantly throughout China.
