Converse Skateboarding Fall 2012

Converse has been around for over a century because both aesthetically and in terms of durability, their designs are built to last.  It’s a curious shift one hundred-four years in, to begin to offer sneakers ‘Engineered for Destruction’.  In the case of the new CONS KA-One Vulc, it’s a case where Kenny Anderson’s Converse Skateboarding signature has been revamped so that it’s even less destructible and more capable of destruction in its own right.  Anderson ripped it up from LA to Vegas in the new KA-One Vulc, its abrasion resistant suede upper riding an even more durable All Star sole, which proves a perfect match to the responsive OrthoLite sockliner.  Click through to more of Kenny Anderson’s new KA-One Vulc along with photos of simplified Elm, Sea Star and CVO silos from the ‘Form and Function’ collection and be ready when these arrive at select retailers this Monday, July 2nd.
