Collaborations have turned an interesting corner at some point in the last few years; Nike has moved on from local artists and niche brands to global brands like Levi’s, perhaps to bridge Nike Action Sports to much larger audience. The focus of the Levi’s x Nike SB capsule is surely the Nike SB Dunk Low, built with Levi’s-quality denim in a sick Black/Red colorway; Nike confirmed the release date of the Dunk Lows to be August 1st, but it appears a few spots have jumped the gun and started the breaking-in process already.
