Before they got all buddy-buddy with Converse, Undefeated had forged a tight connection with Puma, offering collaborative packs numbering in the double-digits with a special emphasis on the iconic Clyde. July’s previews show they’ll be back at it again with at least a couple more variations on tap, and now we see further proof that the springtime gap was just a lull while they get recharged for new ideas. The latest Puma x UNDFTD project is one leg of a trio of collabs authored by notable figures at three major Japanese retailers, the Puma Japan Suede Mid taking on a yellow/black build for Undefeated Tokyo’s Kazunori Yamada. Two sneaker stores round out the list as Magforlia’s Takaya Yamada goes with a Pan-African flag look while Shigeuki Kunii from mita sneakers looks to capitalize on the last days of summer. These are unlikely to arrive at US retailers, so have a closer look at more images below and let us know if you’ll try to import a pair or three.
