The footwear precursor to Michael Jordan’s first three-peat was indeed the Air Jordan V – a Tinker Hatfield design that introduced the ‘translucent’ and ‘reflective’ element to not only Air Jordans, but Nike as a whole. This famous colorway will indeed see another re-issue in early 2013 with a minor change from the 2008 Collezione version – no ’23’ embroidery on the heel. Don’t count on the Nike Air logo to make a return either, but that simply can’t detract from the pure beauty and desirability from perhaps one of the cleanest OGs to ever grace the planet. Expect them in early 2013 (earlier reported as January 26th) so let us know if these are a must-have for you and we’ll keep you in the loop with any updates.
