Hussein Chalayan x Puma Conflate

‘Urban’ is gone from the latest round of Hussein Chalayan’s Puma lifestyle sneakers, but city dwellers will no doubt find the sophistication in these designs familiar.  The Hussein Chalayan x Puma Urban Conflate still looks like Puma’s take on an adidas Campus silo, but the German Cat’s harder to find on this pair, which is covered with a print inspired by modern space vehicle heat shields.  They’ve got a distinctive prismatic look (heavy on the yellows) without the potential overload from an all-metallic design, the kind of best-of-both-worlds mashup hinted by the name.  Have a closer look below, let us know how these compare to all the animal and other prints we’ve seen in 2012 and find these available now at select retailers.
